What Kilian Love, Don't Be Shy actually smells like
Love, Don't Be Shy is a marshmallow fragrance, and it commits to that completely. Neroli and orange blossom give it a bright floral opening, then a soft, pillowy marshmallow accord takes over with iris smoothing the edges, and a vanilla-caramel-musk base carries it out. It is sweet, powdery and unmistakably comforting.
It projects nicely for a few hours and lasts seven or eight, wearing closer as it develops. Cold weather flatters it, and it is a strong choice for anyone who wants a gourmand that stays soft rather than turning syrupy.
Kilian pricing plus a very specific sweetness profile makes this an obvious candidate for a small decant. Plenty of people love the idea more than the reality, and 2 ml is a much better way to discover that.

It is one of the sweetest fragrances in niche perfumery. The orange blossom and iris keep it from being one-dimensional, but if you dislike gourmands this will not convert you.
Yes, quite literally — a soft, powdery, slightly floral marshmallow rather than burnt sugar or caramel. The comparison is unusually accurate.
A few do, particularly in winter with a light application. It is strongly feminine in character.
