We ship to every province and territory in Canada.
Decant Perfume is an online-only shop with no retail counter, which is how we keep decant prices where they are. Everything is poured to order and shipped tracked from within Canada — no customs, no brokerage fees, no border delays.
Free over $60
Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over $60 anywhere in Canada. Below that it is a flat $7.95 regardless of how many decants are in the box.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are poured and handed to the carrier that afternoon. After that, the next business day.
Packed for transit
Each atomiser is sealed, wrapped and immobilised in a rigid box. Glass vials survive the postal system when they are packed properly, and ours are.
Canada only
We do not ship internationally. Fragrance is a restricted air-freight category and cross-border shipping adds cost and risk we would rather not pass on to you.

How long it takes
Estimates are from dispatch, not from when you order, and assume no carrier disruption. Remote postal codes within any zone can add two to three days.

Rates & options
Shipping rates
Standard tracked — $7.95, free over $60. Tracked end to end with delivery confirmation. This is what almost everyone chooses and it is genuinely fast in central Canada.
Express — $16.95 flat. One to three business days to most urban postal codes. Worth it if you need a decant before a specific date; otherwise standard arrives soon enough.
Both options include tracking. We do not offer untracked letter-mail shipping for glass, because when it goes missing there is no way to prove what happened.
Returns & damage
Because decants are poured to order and cannot be resold once opened, we cannot accept returns simply because a fragrance was not to your taste. That is the honest trade-off of a made-to-order product, and it is also precisely why we sell 2 ml sizes — so a mistake costs you the price of a coffee rather than the price of a bottle.
What we do cover, without argument: a vial that arrives leaking, cracked or empty; an order that contains the wrong fragrance or the wrong size; and anything that does not arrive at all. Email support@decantperfume.ca within seven days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
No. Decant Perfume is online-only and ships Canada-wide. Not paying for retail space is a significant part of why a 10 ml decant costs what it does rather than what a boutique would need to charge.
No. We pour and ship from within Canada, so your order never crosses a border. There is no import duty, no brokerage fee and no customs hold.
Fragrance contains alcohol and is classed as a limited-quantity dangerous good, so it moves by ground rather than air on most services. That is why British Columbia and the territories take a little longer than a typical parcel from Ontario.
Email us with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier. If it cannot be located we replace the order. We do not ask customers to absorb a carrier's mistake.
Yes, both. Rural and remote postal codes can add two to three days beyond the regional estimate.
Not currently. Everything goes through the carrier so that every order has tracking and a delivery record.
